Inside Looks from Academy Museum Gala 2022

Last year, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures opened to the public, was greeted with well-known names from Hollywood industry. To celebrates its first anniversary this year, the organization held a sophisticated event on Oct.15.


According to Variety, 2022 Academy Museum Gala collected over $10 million in donation to support museum’s access, education and programming initiatives.


Presented by Rolex, this event also honored media mogul Milky Lee with the Pillar Award, director Steve McQueen with the Vantage Award, Tilda Swinton with the Visionary Award and Julia Roberts with Academy inaugural Museum Gala Icon Award - for their impactful work and expansive career in cinema industry.


In every red carpet event must be an iconic-gorgeous fashion, look on to see the detail.

Julia Roberts looks elegant with her signature suiting custom by Thom Browne, with a black corseted drees atop a white, striped button down, a jacket casually draped upon her shoulder.


Meanwhile, Emma Stone and HoYeon Jung brought their Louis Vuitton silver dress of Ghesquière’s spring/summer 2023 presentation.


Euphoria star, Alexa Demie shows out black looks and glam makeup in glittering dress from Balenciaga. Lily Collins slipped into an autumn/winter ’22/’23 dress by Dior, composed of a lacy turtleneck and a ballooning wrap skirt, with a Cartier High Jewelry.

On contrary, Jessica Chastain brought her colorful touched dress to the red carpet, with a floral Oscar de la Renta rippling from her shoulder, her strapless chiffon gown, and splashed over with daffodils. Her costar, Eddie Redmayne also looks sharp with black suit and polish shoes.


The most significant meet-up of the night, had to be Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber, who posed for a photo together once inside the event.


Selena took a smiley pose with Giorgio Armani matching black suit and trouser and Panthere de Cartier Jewelry, Hailey, otherwise looks chic yet sexy with Saint Laurent spring-summer 2023 Ready-To-Wear collection and Tiffany & Co. jewelry.
